Sunday Igboho Debunks Death Rumor: “I’m Alive and Well”

Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, has dismissed rumors of his death, labeling them as a deliberate attempt to derail the self-determination struggle. In a statement issued by his media aide, Olayomi Koiki, Igboho reassured his supporters that he is alive, well, and in high spirits. He revealed that the false reports originated from the Seyi Tinubu Youth Battalion Facebook page and called on the public to disregard them.

The statement emphasized that the rumors were part of a coordinated effort to tarnish Igboho’s image and disrupt the Yoruba Nation movement. Igboho reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to the cause of self-determination for the Yoruba people and urged supporters to stay focused and vigilant. “Our mission for the self-determination of the Yoruba people remains strong and unshaken,” the statement read.

Sunday Igboho also highlighted corruption and insecurity as key reasons why many Nigerians no longer take pride in their country. He expressed optimism about the future of the Yoruba nation, noting that globally exposed Yoruba youth are determined to transform the region into a modern and prosperous society comparable to those in Europe.
